Deleting agents

Introduction

Sometimes, you may want to remove all the data related to a user. This is particularly important to comply with data privacy regulations. In order to do that, you can create and manage agent deletion jobs.

Creating an agent deletion job

From the Tasks > Agent Deletion page, you can create an agent deletion job for each store. Optionally, you can decide to remove all the agents of the person which match with the specified agent. If you don't know what is a person or how to define persons, check the managing persons page.

Managing agent deletion jobs

From the Tasks > Agent Deletion page, you can see all the agent deletion jobs, their status and their scheduling. You can modify, replay or delete agent deletion jobs.
